The hotel is great for families with three kids and offers rooms facing the garden. While the executive rooms are new and nice, cleanliness could be improved. The service staff are helpful but can be rude at times. The location is convenient, although a bit secluded, with easy taxi access in Surabaya. The dining experience provides American breakfast and local food, with some areas needing improvement. The facilities are satisfactory overall.
